We do not offer recurring software subscriptions or automated monthly packages; every engagement is an independent, custom-delivered professional research service.
Standard Engagement Fee Schedule
All rates are denominated in South African Rand (ZAR), with equivalent international wire settlement available upon request.

Factors That Influence Custom Project Estimates
When a project inquiry extends beyond standard scope parameters, our estimate is determined by four objective factors:
- Protocol Complexity & Novelty: Research requiring decompilation of novel smart contract interfaces or custom consensus engine telemetry requires additional analytical hours.
- Turnaround Urgency: Expedited delivery schedules (under 5 business days) require dedicating senior researchers on an exclusive priority basis.
- Delivery Mode & Travel: On-site seminars conducted outside our Port Elizabeth facility include standard travel and accommodation disbursements.
- Scope of Executive Briefings: Additional stakeholder presentation sessions or multi-department workshops can be added to any dossier engagement.
Payment Terms & Engagement Process
- Deposit: A 50% commitment deposit is required upon formal execution of the research agreement to secure project scheduling.
- Milestone Delivery: The remaining 50% balance is invoiced upon delivery of the final draft dossier prior to the executive presentation.
- Invoicing Methods: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT / SWIFT wire) in ZAR, USD, or EUR.
